Guangwu Mountain is located in Guangwu Mountain Town, Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. It has an altitude of 2507.2 meters and covers an area of 39 square kilometers. It is situated at the junction of Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces, resembling a reclining Buddha from afar. It is named after the constant clouds and mist.
Guangwu Mountain is known as the “biological gene bank and natural oxygen bar”, with diverse ecological environment types. The forest coverage rate of the scenic area reaches 97%, and the excellent air quality rate is over 90%.
In 2020, Guangwu Mountain Tourist Scenic Area was designated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China as National 5A level tourist attraction 。
